Amazing workshop for the whole family! We went to Pat Bamelach for a family fun day. The workshop was so fun, educational and hands-on for everyone in our group ages 4-72. David was able to find meaningful ways to engage everyone. We all had a blast and can’t wait to go back!

Since we travel to Israel so frequently, I am always looking for new activities that combine the passions of our hearts – in this case, food and fun. Pat BaMelach did not disappoint! David Katz is an excellent teacher and the facility is beautiful. Our group ranged from 8 to 70 years old and everyone had an educational, enjoyable and delectable experience. I highly recommend.

Had a great morning with a big family group, ages 2-60+ at Pat Bamelach in Rosh Tzurim. (Gush Etzion area).
It’s cool, clean, wheelchair accessible, nice bathrooms and obviously great educational value and lots of fun!!! David Katz was awesome with details, info, questions, dealing with kids, etc. and we made pretzels and focaccia. As a bonus there are lots of other kid activities within minutes drive of the bakery.

In the morning we went to the new Pat BaMelach Bakery for a Focaccia & Hot Pretzel Workshop. The kids loved learning about the sour dough process and enjoyed being able to make their own treats. At the end David taught them about the grain cycle in Israel in a really creative way (can’t spoil it for you).
