‘Best attraction for my daughter’s Bat Mitzvah was the Carnival Balloonim. They brought 75 balloon hats plus 5 special ones for the family. They brought a bubble machine and a confetti machine. Plus, the guy stood on the dance floor and made balloon bracelets for the girls. I got the largest package but they had smaller packages. Like you can get just the premade hats for much cheaper. The hats were huge and over-the-top. Hello Kitty, penguins, aliens, frogs, giraffes, mohawks, etc. It was the best and you don’t need any extra shtick.’
