After 150 days, the Bloomfield Science Museum in Jerusalem has finally reopened and will be open daily until the end of August. The museum invites the general public, children and parents, grandparents and the whole family to come to Jerusalem and enjoy a variety of activities, workshops and more.
Activities include: flying paper planes in the aircraft launcher, learning about the special buildings in the permanent exhibition - why buildings do not fall, writing with rays of light on a special phototropic wall, seeing themselves and measuring body temperature at the photo booth, learn about a variety of edible plants that grow on a unique green wall, enjoy a celebration of water, soap bubbles and alcogel in the science garden inside the museum, learn why it is so important to wash hands with soap, what alcogel does and what it is made of. In addition, the children will build a water fountain that they can take home as a gift.
The activities have been carefully designed and adapted to the requirements and guidelines of the purple standard. Tickets must be purchased in advance on the museum's website only. Your temperature will be checked at the entrance and visitors must wear masks during their visit and maintain a distance of 2 m from each other, and listen to instructions of the guides.

In the evening, the place becomes a magical garden with a wonderful and fascinating atmosphere, full of sounds, stories, games, surprising encounters with characters that symbolize the greatest childhood experience of all - the fairy tales, among them: Gepetto and Pinocchio, Rapunzel and Elsa, Humpty Dumpty and Alice in Wonderland, Little Red Riding Hood, thepied piper, my first dragon, and other characters that will accompany the children through mysterious paths and corners illuminated with magical and special lighting and firefly effects, projections on the trees and plants in the area, music and magical sounds that exist only in fairy tales. Visitors will be greeted by Gepetto and Pinocchio, starting their journey with a riddle and giving them a map. Children will be able to be photographed with characters from the fairy tales and visit 9 stations with special experiential activities. The kids will try to save Rapunzel from the tall tower, meet Elsa in the hidden waterfall, dance with Mowgli from the jungle book and listen to the Pied Piper from Hamlin. In the new tropical greenhouse they will meet Peter Pan, Tinkerbell and Aladdin's Genie.

A fun air-conditioned option for summer days. The museum, which has been upgraded especially for the summer days, invites you to meet musical figures from the various Diasporas, enjoy new films, get to know and experience unique musical instruments recently donated to the museum, join interactive games and enjoy a virtual tour of the Temple. All while following the guidelines of the purple standard.
Throughout August, the museum will host musical-theatrical tours for the whole family (guided or independent) combining costumes and characters straight from the lands of exile. In a guided tour (the recommended option) visitors will learn about 250 musical instruments!
