A great recommendation for a quieter day! Kobi’s pottery studio in the Haifa shuk! He is a fabulous teacher, patient and kind (and it includes a Hebrew lesson). He will teach kids how to throw clay on a wheel, carve, shape etc. Then a week later you return to paint and glaze. Then a bit later you can pick it up. 80 shekels for two girls to make three pieces between them. A wonderful place! And next door is the sleepy market and a few restaurants. Rehov Sirkin 22, Haifa. A lovely studio run by a man who clearly loves what he does and wants to pass it on!
