“Yotvata rest stop and cafe is worth visiting for the ice cream, only available there,usually with interesting and unusual flavors. Little ones can enjoy sitting on the life size fiberglass cows. There is also a self-service diner (rather overpriced I seem to remember, though we’ve never actually eaten there) and gift shop (only thing there I highly recommend is a really cute kids book about a cow from the Yotvata dairy “Gilda Hapara” which my daughter adored for years.”
